This morning in a speech in Chicago Jeb Bush declared that he was "his own man", who just happens to have a large number of his brother's retreads (Paul Wolfowitz, Stephen Hadley, Porter Goss, John Negroponte, Michael Mukasey, and more) as his foreign policy advisors.
