Spiritualized - sometimes it's just hard to keep track.

Over to the experimental, spacey side of the 90's tonight with Spiritualized. Spiritualized is actually consistently only one person, Jason Pierce (who also goes by the name J. Spaceman), but band members are almost constantly revolving. Pierce writes all the material and he (they) has (have) 6 albums to his (their) credit. As of 2007 some 19 musicians have come and gone. Spiritualized were previously known as Spacemen 3 who had a few albums to their credit in the late 1980's until their demise and the formation of Spiritualized came into being in 1990. Rumor has it, for the most part they (he) are (is) still together today.

Tonight's track, Good Times comes by way of Volume Magazine Issue Number 12 issued in the Winter of 1994. It eventually wound up in their 1995 release Pure Phase.

So if you're in the mood for a bit of mid-1990's Space Rock tonight . . . . .
