Something a little unusual tonight - in addition to the Live Session format, I ran across a great live set and interview with the seminal post-punk band Wire recorded by BBC 6 Music on the 21st of November (two days ago). Here's what they play:

Wire are live in session with Marc Riley for 6 Music.

Tracklist:

- Smash
- Boiling Boy
- Map Reference

Wire have always been one of my favorite bands who are still around, playing and recording. And it's good to know they're enjoying continuing success, as is evidenced by the amount of gigs they're doing over the next few months. And you get a 15 minute taste of what they're up to now and a few insights from the band.

Does it get better than this? I wonder.
