Stephen Colbert took the state of Tennessee to task for their plans to keep the details of their executions secret following their troubles obtaining the properly approved drugs for use in lethal injections.
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) on Sunday said that using a new lethal drug that took as long as 26 minutes to kill an inmate is a "fair way" to conduct an execution.
