AP has declared Tester the winner. No news from the Burns campaign yet.

Rummy Update:

Bush has chose Robert Gates to succeed Rumsfeld (sorry Lieberman - you lost one thing this week). Bush is speaking live now about everything. I will post clips of it later on.
