Harry Reid actually got Ben Nelson to vote with the Dems. Now that is impressive....And if you think this wasn't important to the Repubs, MSNBC had a graphic saying that Cheney was on his way to break a tied vote....(shotgun in hand?)...Howie Klein has some thoughts.,..
