Remember a few months back when the Republican candidates went on the attack after the Democratic candidates for their refusing to appear on FOX news for a debate? Now it looks like the Republicans are having problems of their own with FOX debates:

The Fox News Channel sent notices to the campaigns of the leading Republican presidential candidates ordering them to stop using images from their Fox appearances in their campaign ads. The notices were sent out after the network was criticized for singling out only Senator John McCain’s campaign in barring use of the images.

And according to TPM, Mitt Romney is ignoring FOX's warning:

Mitt Romney's latest TV ad breaks the edict from Fox News — it's using video from their debate two weeks ago, in which he quite pointedly likened Hillary Clinton's experience to that of an intern:

It looks like the Democrats made the right decision in not appearing on FOX's debate.

John Amato: I joined in with a large group of bloggers a few months ago to tell the networks to release their video footage. Only FOX is standing in the way.
