Ah...it's December, so it's natural for media outlets to take the time to highlight some great moments from the past year. For Bill O'Reilly, that means he wants to show his favorite subject: himself. What makes me laugh is how Falafel Boy thinks that any of these clips show him in a good light. Watch how Sen. Chris Dodd, Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson, Geraldo, Colbert and others show just who is the pinhead.
Is that for real? I can't imagine a worse collection of clips for O'Reilly to show if he's trying to promote himself. What a buffoon.
Best thing about the closing of 2007 is that it brings O'Racist's time to retirement one step closer.

Frankly, I don't know to respond to calling this stuff "the best".
That guy is going to give himself a heart attack one of these days with all of his self righteousness.

Reminds me of those "Olbermann Watch" clips in which they claim KO looked bad and was just the opposite, it instead became a KO promotional tool.

The fact that oreilly thinks the same stuff used to lampoon him casts him in a good light speaks volumes about his detachment from reality.
Although I'd love to throw out accurate ad hominems, the biggest blow that O'Reilly will not be able to sustain is his irrelevancy. This clip frames it better than I ever could.
This man (and I use the term lightly) needs a padded room in ye olde local insane assylum.
I'm wondering what it was that happened to BOR as a small child - typical beatings by a drunken father or something more exotic?

O'Reilly is a heinous human being who would have been marginalized in a better society than ours. In Canada, I dare say, O'Reilly would have a difficult time securing an audience the size of one from a typical local public access station. The reason Billy was not marginalized is twofold. First, in our society there is no necessary connection between good will/concern for others and big power. Secondly, America has more stupid people than Canada as a percentage of overall population. The disconnect between good will and power allowed the management at Fox "News" to themselves be heinous greedy sociopaths and to give O'Reilly a national podium and pay him 10 million dollars every year to spew devisive rhetoric designed to obfuscate the truth when it serves the conservative political movement to do so. It is a free country. The high percentage of stupid people allowed O'Reilly his audience.

neververy rarely watch BillO clips. This one is no exception. Highlighting yourself is extremely tacky. I wouldn't expect BillO to be up on the finer points of professional etiquette.I usually don't use internet shorthand, but ZOMG! ROFLMAO. Really? That's his own highlight reel? I can't quite make myself believe that. After all, how can it be his best-of list without his hard-hitting ALF interview.
Can we do the same for Mr. Krauthammer?

Unfortunately, to Billo's followers he probably does end up looking good in those clips, rose coloured glasses and all. The exchange with Geraldo is still one of the funniest things I've seen all year though. The way Bill hops up and down in his seat for a moment, shouting "Bull!!" over and over. Faux rage for the cameras. Not trying to marginalize the issue, but why does he not get that fired up on the situation in Iraq?
Answer: because he's just as fake as anyone else on TV. He spins so fast it must look like it's a no-spin zone. No, it's just spinning faster than his eye can detect.
We should dissect O'Reilly's head.
If we could figure out how so much crap gets stuffed into such a tiny package, we could solve the nation's landfill problem.

I don't know if it's just my computer or I being banned because when I 'Submitted' last comment (some snark about MediaMatters and Nicole trying to put one by us), my screen greyed over for a 'while', but when it came back, it said "No New Responses" and all my info (pseudo, email & website) were all blank, like I had erased my cookies while posting. So this is just a test.

a sport. This collection of clips only demonstrates his
talent for being annoying and disrespectful of his betters.
If you watch his show or listen to him on the radio, you
can see that he uses the same tactic every single time!
If his guest agrees with him and is a conservative hack
he allows them to speak uninterrupted. If his guest is
a reasoned and intelligent (liberal) person, he talks
right through them and refuses to let hem be heard.
That's what he DOES! That's what he was hired to do.
He satisfies that 28 - 30% group out there somewhere
who adore this administration, not in spite of its awful
behavior, but BECAUSE of it.
