I looked at the picture for Goeglein and my gay-dar is off the charts. Why is it so many of the very crazy fundies are closeted homosexuals? If only they could feel free to be themselves and come out.

Regarding the gatekeeper part: If the religious right would take their head out of the sewer that the GOP has forced it into, they might get a clue about how incredibly ridiculous they look pandering for the whores from hell.
Religion used to mean something in America. Now, in my book it stands for ignorant, racist, jingoistic retards who can't be believed or trusted to bring ANYTHING to the table that doesn't involve bombing or killing or torturing or shunning or punishing someone.

Friend of the wife's is gay as gay can be and republican. She told me that she just can't grasp his programming. He spent an hour bitching to her that the republican party shits all over gays and yet expects them to vote for the GOP candidates and that he is pissed that they don't take the LGB community more seriously. Then she asks who he was going to vote for (pre-2004) and he says 'Bush'. And she just shook her head... She told me that an intelligent person would realize that the GOP needs a bogeyman to scare the retards that are their base and would get tired of being the whipping boy for their campaign and quit but he is, like many many more, stuck voting for the GOP and taking their lashes across his backside. You would think that he would get a clue...
And yet for all the bashing of gays, the GOP and the Bushist junta are filled with them. THAT is why they talk the big 'gays are scary' but won't cross the line and actually support anything that would 'punish' gays. I mean that I've heard that scared shit less rightwingtards want to tattoo gays and deny them healthcare and educational benefits and such and Bushco just says 'be afraid' but won't go farther than that. Controlling the rightwingtards and 'religious' right thugs is going to be a full time job for McCain if he gets selected...

WASHINGTON - Hillary Rodham Clinton is hinting at sharing the Democratic presidential ticket with Barack Obama, but with her at the top.
Rodham Clinton made her remarks this morning on CBS's "The Early Show" following her primary victory Tuesday.
Asked whether she and Obama should be on the same ticket, Clinton replied:
"That may be where this is headed, but of course we have to decide who is on the top of ticket. I think the people of Ohio very clearly said that it should be me."
Obama meanwhile, is playing down Tuesday's loss, stressing that he still holds the overall lead in delegates

It is utterly disgusting what Bush and Condoleeza have done in name of "peace" for the middle east in Palestine and what they allowed in Lebanon as well. Israel won't be satisfied until their country is a smoking ruin, as a direct result of their constant murderous actions.
There will NEVER be an end to terrorism and war in the middle east until we take off the kid gloves with Israel and quit treating the arabs like animals. Every day in Gaza brings more murder by Israelis. And Bush is more concerned with creating unrest in Palestine, amidst the carnage wrought by American bombs GIVEN freely to Israel.

Clintons campaign has been total negative for a week now. It worked. I would hate to see the Obama campaign do Clinton campaign tactics, that is what we want to get away from doing. Everyone knows most all of the Clintons indiscretions, and it is a very long,long list. However, she cannot be rewarded for this in the long run. She is Republican Lite and always has been. Unfortunately, faced with a choice between Lite and the real thing (McCain), I feel the real thing wins. Only the Democrats can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Tell me if it's likely that the more blatant the homophobic message, the more likely the messenger is a latent homosexual.
