I would go on the radio and rant and rave for a whole lot less than Rush is getting.
I can't believe they spent that much for sh*t to be aired on the radio. What the hell does that tell you about our country? A piece of fecal matter is worth that much money? We should all be investing.

Bush is considering closing Gitmo? He must want to cover up the evidence before the new administration takes office.
Americans can continue to placate themselves by venting their anger on websites, participating in national and grassroots groups protesting societal ills, writing letters to newspapers and posting signs in their yards, and voting for politicians that promise CHANGE.
It's costs little with barely any risk.

Wouldn't doubt it. Also, there's still plenty more places offshore/outside U.S. territory, where people are being held. This one just gets the attention. He aint' losing nothing.

i am sure (dripping sarcasm) that our little kidnapping and torture program will come to an end with this maneuver.
obama has called for the closing of gitmo. and he has touched on stopping our torturous ways. he needs to go further. i know he won't, if the past several weeks are any guide, but he should. not holding my breath though, not again. too many disappointments from obama.

You really have to give Doocy and Killmeade some credit....as far as they doctored the photos, at least they didn't black out his front teeth, draw a scar on his cheek, give him a pirate eye patch and a pair of devil's horns and put a cartoon balloon over his head scribbled with "My Butt Stinks".....restraint on that level at least counts as the maturity level of two twelve and a half year olds!!!!

He'll just send them to one of the illegal black prisons. I hope Chimpy is arrested when on travel at the G8 summit for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
