Holly crap, was that actually on tv? Fox ?

What in the hell is going on around here? If you say voter fraud in Ohio caused president bush to win in 2004 people always look at me like I am insane.
Now freaking Homer says it on FOX, OMG.

hood's picture

Seriously though, Shit like that will happen.

first?

you fail.

....and so does democracy

Funny how everyone knows that electronic voting is an openly rigged fraud.
Yet nothing is done about it. And we can do is "laugh" about it. Ha...

It's a leaked clip from The Simpson's upcoming Halloween special.

Faux Noise spent a lot of time this morning talking about the phony Voter Fraud theme the Repubs are pushing...support for all the attempts by the Republican regime to repress Dem voters across the whole country...these people are evil traitors and should be in jail!

They stole the last two elections and they are trying like crazy to steal this one again!

It is pretty amazing that this is on Faux Noise, but The Simpsons are so popular that I suspect there isn't a whole lot Rupert M can do about it without causing a real stink.

It'd be a lot more amusing if it wasn't true. Let's start pool. Where will the most voting irregularities happen. Ohio, PA, Florida etc...Pick a close state. I was listening to NPR today. Can't think of the name of the show but they use dry comedy. New polls out show that Obama is opening a large lead in states that people use their brain.

I love the "McCain for President" sign on the pawn shop.

The system is beyond fixing. We need to start over.

Watch this series. The election is already in the bag for McCain.

Remember there is a difference between Fox and Fox News. Fox has given us Simpsons and Family Guy.

Nobody marched when the election was stolen from Gore, I doubt anyone will march when President McCain is in office either.

Obama/Biden vrs McCain/Diebold

I hope exit polling is done very well and very accurately.

RppPolyp's picture

Sadly, in most cases in 2000 and 2004 the exit polls WERE right... but what happened was that the repugs and the media dismissed it as bad polling instead of treating it like the canary in a coal mine.

So then obviously the next question would be, do fellow posters actually believe the only election "tampering" has been the last two federal elections? LOL.

That will be done by Canadian Imigration at the border.

Paper ballots, please. Tangibility = Accountability

Actually Homer would have voted for McCain anyway.

Isn't this episode a rerun?

In fact, haven't wee seen it SEVERAL times before? *sigh* That's America for you. We make jokes about things because getting angry about them accomplishes nothing.

Will the Simpson's have their annual Tree House of Terror any time before Christmas?

They're already putting out Christmas cards in my local Albertsons.

No one knew what we were getting into; even the most liberal of us expected Bush to be a mediocre failure. If we had known he aspired to such heights of failure?

This is why we have paper ballots in New Mexico. It's a painintheass to vote . . . takes forever and a day, but there's a trail and it can be proven.

Yeah, I hate technology also. There is never a record of what I do.

Wont be accurate, Republicans would be headed for Paraguay.

...man, if McCain is elected, I'm leaving home.

The last election was stolen and I'd hate to see this one stolen too. We all know how the last election rolled out and the funny thing is that while we all knew that the machines had been tampered with, voting registrations and voting ballots magically disappeared, nothing ever happened. No one even got slapped. How crazy is that. How bad is bad and when do we decide we've had enough?

thomas's picture

Diebold actually admitted the errors in their code, and changes their name to "premier election solutions." what a perfect name.

read the constitution.

it's the political version of RTFM.

a constitutional convention seems necessary now.
