New Jersey Governor Chris Christie refuted the testimony of former Port Authority executive David Wildstein, who testified on Tuesday that Christie knew about the lane closings all along.

Christie said, "I knew nothing about the lane reassignments before they happened, as they were happening. I had nothing to do with the planning."

Gov. Christie made these comments to Eric Scott, host of Townsquare Media New Jersey's NJ 101.5 presents "Ask the Governor," an hour long call-in program with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie hosted by Eric Scott starting at 7 p.m. EDT.

Christie continued, "I had nothing to do with authorizing it and we sit here now three years later and there has not been one scintilla of evidence to contradict what I just said."

Spoken like a true politician and former prosecutor.

As more testimony comes out from the trial, we shall see what happens to the embattled New Jersey Governor.
