One of the "moments" of Tuesday night's VP debate came when Mike Pence not only tried to deny that Trump has run a campaign based on insults, but to project that back onto the Clinton camp.

Clinton's response is swift and complete. The best part of these ads is that they don't have to allege a thing. Just put the clips up and let people believe their own lyin' eyes.

Lyin' Mike Pence will have difficulty wiggling out of this. For me, the real message of these ads is just how utterly cynical Republicans in general are. This isn't any different than Mitch McConnell blaming President Obama for Congress passing the bill Obama vetoed.
