One person selling racist bumper stickers is not a reason to impugn an entire population, just like one black homeless person is not a reason to assume all black people are homeless.

The person who dreamed that up, in concert with others who proudly would buy one or put it on their pickup, have shown their utter contempt for reason and civil discussion. They are rascists and need to be confronted for their misbegotten beliefs.
I don't think Alaska, or Alaskans per se should have any implication whatsoever. That bumpersticker could be on any state in the union.
