very interesting idea/concept. for this idea of having a national ranking system for state law practice(s) to be effective you would need concensus among the partisans i don't see that happening. they will focus on the faults the imperfections if you will. i would very much like to see an index of this sort. it would be very beneficial to many demographics. i'm afraid there are too many who don't want a better system.
During the bush years the tea baggers were yelling at us and calling us un-American for not supporting bush's invasion of Iraq. The said we were supporting the terrorists if we didn't support bush. That's where they were and that's what they were doing. They were avoiding military service and slapping "I support the troops" on the ass end of their big SUVs.

and most of us remember the BUSH administration was trying their best to delay that announcement as long as they could. BUSH is also a liar he did NOT start his presidency in a recession. the NEOcons are well aware that certain demographics want to hear what they want to hear.....NOT necessarily the FACTs.

common sense matters as much as truth
beck is the ultimate fearmongerer. personally i can't watch/listen to him. fox knows the mentality of certain demographics. they feed those demographics what they want to hear. this may in some cases rationalize their reality of an addiction to fear and casting judgement. even if there's any molecule of truth to what beck says there has to be a better way to present it. i can't take his melodramatics seriously.
