I'm just an honest, God-, Satan-, Xenu-, Allah-, Jesus-fearing guy. I demand to be reimbursed by the government for my religious and spiritual health.
The country is completely corrupt.

She gets to keep her fake boobies too. What a deal.
Say what you mean. Mean what you say. But don't say it mean.
Upon seeing the video, Ms. Prejean's been noted as having said, "Oh..oh...ohhh...OH GOD! OH GOD! OH GOD!"

They are being fair and balanced toward hot air. What day is Bachmann bringing her sideshow to the hill? Will Beck and Hannity join her? How about Palin? What good is a circus without a freak show?

Then again, he said he'd allow himself to be waterboarded as well...
The 'Crazy Train' tour is supposed to be today, I believe.

Ted Haggard To Lead Church Once Again

Will the new church have a pipe organ (pipe or organ?) and will they call it the Crystal Cathedral?
Did he fix the gay male prostitute predilections or did he decide to embrace his sexuality as is?

Embracing gay male predilections is how he got in this mess. ; o )

Erik Erikson? Chris Christie? What creative naming will parents of conservatives come up with next? Robert Robertson?
That, or lack of creativity.

Exactly. I guess I should have put "creative" in quotation marks. Soon we will be hearing from the next rising "star" of the GOP, or right wing blogger, Pat Patterson.
Word to Chris Christie and Erik Erikson, I can understand your being pissed off with names like that but don't take it out on the American people. We didn't saddle you with them.

If the guy is named Richard Richardson can it be shortened to Dick Dickerson?

It is off theme slightly, but there is a practicing urologist in my town named Richard Chopp. And yes, he goes by Dick.
He tops a realtor who used to be active named Dell Swindel.
This is Michaell Dell's hometown.
But back to theme, Levon Helm performed here at the ACL Festival. He could not sing and he did not bring Robert Robertson with him.

What about a son named Fastidious Feat? A festive idea.
Thanks for the video. There is nothing like hunkering down in a pouring rain on a field of composted sewage sludgew to hear remnants of the Band who are unable to sing.

Were I musically accomplished, I'd name my band 'General Eclectic'.
BTW, Little Feat is still a great band to see live, if you ever get the chance.

The Grassley amendment is horrendous, although sadly pretty much business as usual. I heard the same NPR story Kleiman did, and that court case is very alarming.
