On "Countdown" David Shuster recapped the day's events, including the subpoenas issued to former White House Counsel, Harriet Miers and former Karl Rove aide, Sara Taylor, and whether or not Rove will eventually have to testify. They also touch on the recent DOJ document dump, where it was revealed in an e-mail to then Deputy AG Chief of Staff, Kyle Sampson, that an infuriated Taylor referred to ousted U.S.A Bud Cummins as "lazy" and went on to write "That's why we got rid of him in the first place."

Finally, guess who Scooter Libby's attorneys have invoked....wait for it...Martha Stewart! in their attempt to keep him out of prison while awaiting sentencing.
