This Way was a pop-alternative band from New York in the late 90s. Their eponymous debut album came out in 1999 and one song in particular, "Crawl," became the theme song of the WB tv network. They had more airplay on tv than on radio. The band recorded a second album and kept touring until 2003 when the members went their own ways.
