The Kansas Senate race between GOP Senator Roger Marshall and Democratic candidate Adam Hamilton has made national news. But the Kansas Gubernatorial race is wild! The state elected popular Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly twice, and she fought and won battles against an extreme GOP supermajority.
Democratic candidate for Governor, Cindy Holshcer, is surging in the polls. Holshcer served as a popular state Senator in the Kansas City area before running to replace Gov. Kelly. She understands the issues that matter to voters both rural and urban; Holshcer supports women's rights, healthcare, and education. The 50-something candidate opposes the Trump cost increases, AI data centers, tariffs, and the war in Iran.
Naturally, Republican Ty Masterson is attacking her for...socialism, illegals, California, Transgender. Trump's greatest hits. The best part of the absurd anti-Holshcer ad occurs at 0:16 when they accuse her of saying "JESUS WAS TRANSGENDER!"
