Yesterday, AC/DC's drummer, Phil Rudd, has appeared in court after allegedly trying to procure a murder. Then the charges were dropped.
November 7, 2014

AC/DC's manager responded to the initial accusation by saying that the whole situation is "a bit of a shock." That might be a bit of an understatement, but it is shocking and tragic nonetheless. After Rudd's attorney met with the Tauranga Crown Solicitor and discussed the matter, the charge had been withdrawn due to insufficient evidence to justify it. The entire situation is pretty confusing, but hopefully they've resolved it.
