Oops, that's one media narrative flushed right down the toilet. State Department official John Kirby told CNN that her use of a private email address and server was not against policy in effect at the time she was Secretary of State.

That is, of course, what many of us have been saying all along -- that this whole email thing is a big nothingburger meant to chip away at her popularity in support of the right wing goal of taking back the White House.

I'm sure we won't see this lead the headlines on conservative news sites anytime soon, but there it is, nevertheless.
