Rush Limbaugh: 'Why Wouldn’t Moderate Muslims Welcome Surveillance?'

Limbaugh wonders why the supposedly moderate Muslims wouldn't allow themselves to be subjected to fascist forms of spying.

Rush Limbaugh spoke out today in defense of Ted Cruz' insane and inhumane idea of patrolling and securing Muslim neighborhoods so we can stop radical Islam.

My question about that… Because Hillary has blown up over this. She can’t believe it. “Hillary Clinton Calls Ted Cruz’s Proposal to Patrol Muslim Neighborhoods ‘Dangerous.'” May I ask a simple, obvious question?

You would think the moderate Muslims that we are told about, the moderate Muslims who want no part of jihad and who have no inclinations toward jihad whatsoever — and they’re not interested in it, and they don’t support it. You would think that moderate Muslims — who, we are told, don’t like the extremist jihadis just like we don’t. We’re told that moderate Muslims do not like the way their religion is being defaced and tarred and feathered and tarnished by the actions of the jihadis. (interruption) Hijacked, yes! We are told that the moderate Muslims — peaceful, peace-loving — living in neighborhoods all over America, don’t like the fact that their religion of peace has been hijacked by the jihadis, the ISIS, the Al-Qaedas, the militant jihadists. The San Bernardino Two, for example.

So why wouldn’t they welcome help from law enforcement in keeping their neighborhoods safe?

I don't know RushBo, maybe they don't want to be surveilled because it's odious, demeaning and against the law?

Let's not forget, Cruz' plan was tried in NYC before and as NBC's Savannah Guthrie said, it was useless.

GUTHRIE: You cite that program, but it of course has been disbanded. A former supervisor of that program said that in six years, it never led to even one piece of intelligence, not an arrest, not a conviction. In fact, the supervisor was quoted as saying that it involved paying undercover officers to sit in cafes frequented by Muslims, drinking tea and eating sweets at taxpayer expense.he law? Maybe it's an infringement of the ideals that made America great?

Hey, Rush? If you've got nothing to hide, can we read all your emails and listen to your phone calls? Maybe we can stake out your residence too. That's if you're not hiding something.
