Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau receives a standing ovation after answering a reporter’s question on quantum computing. The prime minister was at the Perimeter Institute in Ontario on Friday where he announced the government will invest $50 million over five years, when a reporter jokingly asked him to explain quantum computing
