Trudeau has a reputation as being just a "pretty boy" instead of a serious and thoughtful Prime Minister, so it's amusing when he can play against this stereotype.

The prime minister was at the Perimeter Institute in Ontario on Friday where he announced the government will invest $50 million over five years, when a reporter jokingly asked him to explain quantum computing
