Trump Claims Hillary Clinton Gave Anthony Weiner Access To 'Classified Information'
August 29, 2016

Huma Abedin announced today that she's separating from her husband Anthony Weiner.

"On Monday, Ms. Abedin said in a statement: “After long and painful consideration and work on my marriage, I have made the decision to separate from my husband. Anthony and I remain devoted to doing what is best for our son, who is the light of our life. During this difficult time, I ask for respect for our privacy.”

Donald Trump's initial comment about the separation of the two seemed surprisingly decent by his standards.

“Huma is making a very wise decision. I know Anthony Weiner well, and she will be far better off without him,” Mr. Trump said in a statement.

But then he followed up that up with one one of his typical asinine and unfounded assertions that aren't based in fact or reality.

I only worry for the country in that Hillary Clinton was careless and negligent in allowing Weiner to have such close proximity to highly classified information,” he continued. “Who knows what he learned and who he told? It’s just another example of Hillary Clinton’s bad judgment. It is possible that our country and its security have been greatly compromised by this.”

I imagine one of his staff came up with the words "close proximity." Maybe it was Dr. Bornstein?

Is he claiming Huma should have been fired years ago when her husband was caught in a sexting scandal?

Really?

Sexist, much?

And he's also saying that Huma shared classified information with her husband?

I guess his word of the day is "possible."

It's also possible that Trump briefed Putin on his first "classified intelligence briefing" too.

It's very possible that Trump had a secret meeting with David Duke and offered him a job in his cabinet, if he helps get him elected. Those robocalls came out of something, right?

Yea, that's possible.

And here we go with bothsiderism as Duncan says:

I can't even bring myself to do the asshole olympics between the two - I'll just say that their alleged and actual actions are also not exactly comparable - but one was chosen by Donald Trump to be the "CEO" (whatever that is) of his campaign and one was not hired by Hillary Clinton to do anything.
