The RNC's Sean Spicer was all over the place when he was describing the state of the presidential race and the supposed rigged polling results and CNN co-host tried to corner him and said, "Donald Trump just said on TV we are winning. Kellyanne Conway said on TV we are trailing. You just said it's a dead heat, that's three different versions of the same race."
RNC's Sean Spicer joined CNN's At This Hour With Berman and Bolduan, and weirdly ripped the media for saying the presidential race is over because of the polls, when in fact, he believes the race is either a dead heat and Trump is winning in key battleground states.
Spicer said, "i think we are in a dead heat. In some states we might be a little behind. In Ohio we are up, in Iowa we are up, in Florida.. I think when you look at some of the polls out there, the IBD poll, Rasmussen poll, the Reuters poll, not only is in some cases Mr. Trump winning, but the trend is in his way."
Who needs most of the polls that have Trump behind, those losers. Romney...Trump is really winning!
John Berman shot back, "...but to be clear, Donald Trump just said on TV we are winning. Kellyanne Conway said on TV we are trailing. You just said it's a dead heat, that's three different versions of the same race."
Sean went on a long rant and then finished it up by saying, "but it is a dead even race. We are talking about margin of error up and down."
Bolduan jumped in, "He says you're up. Which one is it, though?"
Spicer acted surprised by her frustration and she continued, "We are winning, he just said on TV."
Spicer then stated unequivocally that Trump is winning in Florida.
Here's information that shoots down Spicer's claim that Trump is actually winning Florida by the Tampa Bay Times.
Yep, on the subject of polls and the election, the RNC's communications director just performed a Trumpian version of "Who's on First"!
