Sometimes, a host besides Joy Reid takes charge and stops a lying Trump apologist, by challenging their assertions based in fiction. Ayman Mohyeldin interviewed self-loathing Muslim, Asra Nomani, a self-described liberal Trump voter, who has a history of demonizing liberals for the problems of hate crimes against Muslims. In this world of Trump as POTUS, up is down and down is up. If you can remember that, everything makes perfect sense.
Here's one of the exchanges that may make you pull your own hair out.
MOHYELDIN: I want to ask you about this: the FBI reports that Muslim hate crimes are up sixty-seven percent in 2015 compared to the previous year, so what do you say to your fellow Muslim-Americans who are fearful they may be targeted following a very intense year of campaigning with a lot of the rhetoric that I cited for you and a spike, a statistical spike, in hate crimes against Muslims
NOMANI: Well what I want to say to my fellow Muslims is that we are more a target if we refuse to discuss the extremism within our faith, the flames...
MOHYELDIN: I'm sorry I don't understand what you're saying, you're saying the attack on Muslims in America are a result of extremism in Islam and not because of hate crimes that the FBI says are being statistically documented?
NOMANI: ...To finish my thought, what I'm trying to say is that if people feel fear about Muslims we do have a responsibility within our communities to acknowledge that fear. We shall never accept hate against anyone...and so what I say to my fellow Muslims is that we need to be part of the middle path. We need to see the tolerance, that we need to express the tolerance that we want to see in the world and absolutely everyone should feel safe... (???)
MOHYELDIN: Do you blame Muslims for the hate crimes are happening against them in this country?
NOMANI: I do blame our Muslim organizations of which I think you're going to have a guest in just a few minutes [ed. note: Zahra Billoo from the Council of American-Islamic Relations] who have refused to acknowledge the issue of extremism. These are funded by the government of Qatar and Saudi Arabia that have also supported Hillary Clinton's camp and her own Clinton Foundation.
It's the Clinton campaign's fault, dontcha know? The guest from C.A.I.R. who immediately followed Nomani couldn't make any sense of what she said, as it was patently false and preposterous, much like everything affiliated with Donald.
Maybe she can blame Hillary for this?

Nomani's cooperation didn't improve. In fact, the reason for her lack of compliance, as she told the host,
'You're not allowing me to answer it as I wish to answer them.'
If she wants to answer questions without any facts, by golly, he's supposed to simply let her. Trump's America.
