Kevin O'Leary, a mutual fund manager (Shark Tank guy) railed against the Biden administration and "idiot bank managers" of SVB on Fox News for the bank's collapse, but couldn't explain why, if they were so stupid, he kept so much money there.

O'Leary rambled for a long time until Hannity chimed in.

"You called it a victory for idiot bank managers. I'm not trying to get into your own personal finances. the reason I was asking that question is that we all know the FDIC insures up to $250,000. I'm assuming that you had a lot more money in there than $250,000. so you will be the beneficiary of this bailout like every other depositor at SVB," Hannity said.

Hannity tried to make him look good by saying he didn't agree with the bailout.

"This bank was run by idiots with an incompetent board. It's one bank no one ever heard the name before," O'Leary said.

If nobody heard of it why did he keep money in it?

"Why the hell did you -- Kevin, you are a smart guy. why did you keep your money there if it was run by idiots?" Hannity asked.

"It's one of many, many banks I keep my money in. I'm a big boy," O'Leary answered. he then rambled about the bailout.

Hannity's next question should have been if he would refuse the bail-out money if he's so against it.

I'm no fan of banks being bailed out, but any officer or employee who takes a bonus or profits after a bank collapses should be jailed.

If SVB bank was so "woke" and run by idiots, why did all these billion dollar investors like Peter Thiel and O'Leary have so much of their money deposited in SVB?

O'Leary's ranting reminded me of this passage from Macbeth:

"It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."
