SCOTUS Stays Judge Kacsmaryk’s Mifepristone Ruling In Full Pending Appeal

After two weeks of abject panic, the Supreme Court gave the best possible ruling in the mifepristone ban, OFFICIALLY STAYING the ruling pending a full appeal. Right wing activist Judge Kacsmaryk put out a bonkerstown ruling, banning a FDA approved, extremely safe, widely used drug.

He hid many of his views during his confirmation. Watch this video to get an idea of his radical views:

Matthew Kacsmaryk, the judge who issued the ban on mifepristone, failed to disclose two 2014 interviews on Christian talk radio during his confirmation process.

He also had his name removed from a controversial article right before his confirmation, a truly deceptive and evil step.

The Supreme Court stay means there will be no change in the access to or availability of the medication anytime soon.

SCOTUS issues a stay on Kacsmaryk’s decision until the 5th Circuit Appeals Court can decide. Alito and Thomas dissented. This is a victory for the Biden Administration, the FDA, common sense, and most importantly, America’s women.
