One of the eleventy bazillion things I didn't like about Trump was that he would lash out at reporters -- usually, women reporters trying to do their job. He would yell at them. Some people are triggered by someone yelling -- lashing out in a heartbeat at the most innocuous things.
President Joe Biden showed us how it's done after he was asked about the idea of Rep. Jim Jordan becoming the next Speaker of the House since Trump endorsed him.
"President, former President Trump endorsed Congressman Jim Jordan for House Speaker," a reporter said. "Could you see yourself working with Congressman Jordan if he is the next Speaker? And do you have any concerns about who might fill that position?"
Biden yelled at the woman, saying, "Fake news. You are the enemy of the people!"
Biden chuckled, which is a perfect initial response, and then he showed us how to President.
"Look, whoever the House Speaker is, I'm going to try to work with," Biden said. "They control half the Congress. And I'm going to try to work with them."
"For some people, I imagine it's going to be easier to work with than others," he added. "But whoever the speaker is, I'll try to work with."
Critics say that Biden has been in politics too long. Well, Trump had zero political experience, and he's been caught sharing our country's secrets for flexing purposes, as if it was Show And Tell time at Mar-a-fucking-Lago.
We needed someone who understands that it's both an honor, a privilege, and a massive responsibility to be the leader of the free world. It's not amateur hour.
Watch how well he answers this question:
