Ever since 2018, when Senator Ron Johnson (Q - Moscow) spent our country's Independence Day in Russia with Vladimir Putin and seven other Republican senators, people knew that he was a Russian asset. Throughout the years, RoJo's actions only acted to confirm those beliefs, despite his repeated denials. It actually got to the point where the FBI had to pay a visit to RoJo to advise him to be careful due to his Russian cheerleading.
In the fall of 2022, during an election debate against then Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes, it was brought up as an issue. RoJo promptly yelled that "The FBI set me up!"
RoJo also stated that he supported the efforts of Ukraine but then addressed the issue of his coziness with Russia, he went way off the deep end:
In response to the wild charge of Lieutenant Gov. Barnes, the FBI set me up with a corrupt – with a corrupt – briefing and then leaked that to smear me. He's been referring to the corruption in the FBI that I've been trying to undercover and expose.
You can hear the audience burst into laughter at his wild accusations.
On Wednesday, any hope RoJo had of keeping up his denial went up in smoke, just like the impeachment hearing of Hunter Biden, with the testimony of Lev Parnas (emphasis mine):
Then he continued naming names, including members of Congress:
PARNAS: Congressman Pete Sessions, then-Congressman Devin Nunes, Senator Ron Johnson, and many others understood they were pushing a false narrative.
The same goes for John Solomon, Sean Hannity, and media personnel, particularly at Fox News, who used this narrative to manipulate the public ahead of the 2020 elections.Sadly, they are still doing this today as we approach the 2024 elections.
It's time and beyond time that an investigation is opened into Comrade Ronislav Johnsonovich and the other Russian assets - while we still have a Constituion and treason is still against the law.
