Since his first presidential term, onlookers have been arguing that Donald Trump is deeply unwell.

Whether it be dementia, some sort of severe mental disorder, or the result of some sort of unconfirmed drug addiction or disease, there is simply no denying that the man has never been the poster child for mental stability.

But this very well may be the worst we've ever seen.

Over the course of two short hours on Sunday afternoon, the sitting president of the United States of America took to his floundering Truth Social echo chamber with a barrage of more than three dozen absolutely unhinged posts that left Americans in genuine fear, considering this is the same guy who has the nuke codes.

Almost all of Trump's bizarre posts were generated by artificial intelligence, many of which depicted him in truly hellish landscapes, complete with deeply disturbing and threatening messages.

One shows Donald Trump walking through Washington, D.C., flanked by an army of robots and soldiers with glowing red eyes, the message reading, "THEY WILL NEVER SLEEP AGAIN."

One post features an AI-generated image of himself in the Oval Office, buying stocks, with a caption in which he admits to making "Hundreds of Billions of Dollars on Stocks, and Many other type Holdings."

In one, he suggests that the state of New Mexico should be renamed New America:

In fact, space as a whole was a popular topic for the president, as several of the posts harped on the concept of "Space Force," including mock-up uniforms and what appears to be an AI-generated photo of himself inside a spaceship, blowing up the Earth:

It's truly impossible to even adequately articulate just how insane this particular social media meltdown was, and it's left people with genuine concern.

John Jackson, a political commentator, self-proclaimed U.S. veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and former trial lawyer, said, "This is not normal. It's like watching a slow-motion train crash. Historians will be aghast."

Staff writer for The Atlantic, Tom Nichols, wrote, "Something is very wrong with the president. And yet, still has the codes to our nuclear arsenal and is the single person who can order their use.

At what point does someone inside that White House admit that something is very, very wrong? At what point does Congress put its blind loyalty aside and finally say enough is enough? Does this man have to actually blow this country to hell before someone stops and says, "Okay. We might have a serious problem here"?

If the 25th Amendment wasn't tailor-made for something like this, what in the Hell is it even good for?
