Bill Irwin in a "dramatic" reading of the 21st and 22nd Amendments to the Constitution, in 2004. This weekend marks the 75th anniversary of the 21st Amendment, repealing prohibition. The 22nd Amendment prohibits a President from holding more than two terms, thank goodness.
