This one is a complete accident. I was searching for another band and this one popped up. I was intrigued by the name so I checked them out. Pleasantly surprised. Late Of The Pier have been around since 2004 and were initially signed to Parlophone but have since left the label and gone Independent (via Phantasy Records). They fit nicely in the Alternative/Indie/Electronica genre and have a new single out.
Blueberry is pretty new and I haven't heard anyone play it over here (the band is from the UK), so it would be a safe bet to say you're probably among the first to have a taste of this band if you aren't already familiar with them, which is what we like to do around here.
Like everyone who is going the Independent route of late, they have a Myspace page, they have video's and they have singles and three albums available for sale or download.
Blueberry has been good for repeated playings, as is their other material. So, if you feel the same way, check them out.
