Silverman: And how about this bull*it. Some students like in Tennessee, because of the new voter identification laws will not be able to use their student ID’s to vote, BUT -- and this is amazing -- gun owners can use their firearms permits as IDs to vote. It makes perfect sense, get these kids gun permits. Ahhh, I feel safer from voter fraud already. What a great time to be encouraging our young people to go out and get a firearm license, don’t you think? It’s just like so American.
So let’s do it. If you live in one of these voter suppression states make sure that everyone you know gets ID necessary to vote. Even if that means taking Nana to get a license to kill.
