This Week with George Stephanopoulos notes the passings of two service members in Afghanistan:

US Marines Cpl Alex F Domion, 21, Richfield Springs, NY
US Navy PO2 Matthew G Kantor, 22, Gillette, NJ

According to iCasualties, the total number of allied service members killed in Afghanistan is now 3,220.

In addition, the following notable names lost their lives this week:
Former Louisiana State Rep Kevin Reilly, diplomat Jack Vaughn, entrepreneur (and descendant of Fletcher Christian) Claudene Christian, etiquette expert Letitia Baldridge, actor Brian Cobby, baseball player Pascual PĂ©rez, musician Mitch Lucker, journalist Roger Wood and decathlete Milt Campbell.
