Here's one of Bobby McFerrin's musical experiments that involved 50,000 people from all over the world, utilizing music as the only communicator. He's got all sorts of cool, informative musical exercises that he regularly demonstrates, but this one is probably the largest in scale. Spanning across language barriers and levels of musical training, he basically taps into musical abilities that people didn't even know they had. While that is less prevalent in this demonstration than in others, it's definitely a good starting point to see what he's all about. While I was unable to find a standalone recording of this tune, feel free to click that Amazon link up there and browse his discography, there's some interesting stuff in there.

Any favorite musical experiments?
