Emailer Ces: "I see John Kyl questioning the wisdom of giving disaster relief to people who choose to live in disaster prone areas. But he has no problem with bellying up to the Federal trough if it involves Arizonans who have built homes in flammable pine forests. Here is a link to Kyl praising Federal disaster assistance following the Mt. Lemmon fire north of Tucson. Of course, the forests up there on Mt. Lemmon have burned multiple times, and people keep building houses in the forest, but .... Kyl Hails Disaster Declaration for Aspen Fire"

Here's the earlier post when Kyl says: the question is if people know year after year after year a natural disaster occurs in a particular place and people continue to build there and want to live there, should they bear the responsibility of buying insurance or should everyone else bear the responsibility?”.
