This is good news considering the WH-Specter "compromise" would effectively legalize a highly controversial program that a federal judged already ruled illegal and unconstitutional. The last thing we need is a secret court overseeing a secret program of a secretive administration in secret. This is exactly what the Specter bill proposes. No wonder the White House supports the Specter Bill.
