Download Russert did try to give Rahm Emanuel a chance to respond, but Dole went to the old Republican playbook of not hearing opposition and talking over the opponent. It gets to the point you expect her to stick her fingers in her ears and go "na na na na na I can't hear you". Is this the level of maturity we want running our government?
