Lol in Minnseota. I am quite glad that the Minn. police released the tape of Craig in the arrest. I now know something that makes me sure Craig can not only beat this case, was innocent of the charges and can get the law itself repealed. I had "assumed" that Craigs left hand had moved under the LEFT stall (the hand is a signal according to PD in Minn. that some sore of homosexual stuff is about to occur or something vague) ... LOL, but it was the officer himself who scuttles his case by forgetting which side he was on and stating on TAPE that it was (FOR SURE BY WEDDING RING SIGHTING) Craig's LEFT HAND--. Too dam funny! I actrually went down to a public bathroom (NOT TAPPING MY FOOT AT ALL IN FEAR OF BASHING_ARREST tee-hee) I sat on can, pulled jeans down, and attempted to reach left to right hand UP (see report) under the much lower stall opening. I was upside down! And Craig is a BIG fella--well over 6 foot.
Craig got entrapped and the cop tried to pressure him into pleading--and Craig fell for it cause to plead innocent would require him to get just as bashed here in Idaho with a gay jacket on him. He's inncocent of the charge--and time will tell if he's guilty of closeting-- that is against the law right? OH WAIT, it aint a crime to be gay! Hmm. So, Craig is tried now in the press for 'What?"
