Rank the Falafel Guy right up there at the top of the list of Americans (behind the Bush administration, naturally) that sneer on the very foundation upon which this country was built. Little things like civil liberties are ridiculous concepts that let the terrorists win. Kudos to the ACLU for refusing to put themselves up to O'Reilly's sandbagging techniques. To his credit, Steven Greenberg, the attorney brought on to defend the ACLU, does a great job of swatting down all of Bill's talking points.
The ACLU is suing the FBI right here in the USA. At issue, the bureau watching some American Muslims. The ACLU wants all records detailing that made public in California. No word on whether Al Qaeda has joined the ACLU in that lawsuit and the ACLU refused to appear with us this evening.
Bill keeps harping on how the ACLU doesn't want to protect Americans, but neglects to remember that the Muslims that ACLU is fighting for are Americans.
Bill O'Reilly took a break from trying to pretend to his viewers that he has any clue whatsoever what Martin Luther King Jr. stood for or believed in, but it didn't stop him from using the 50 year anniversary of the March on Washington to attack the event's organizers. Read more...
Bill O'Reilly took up for Rep. Louie Gohmert during his Talking Points Memo and accused Attorney General Eric Holder of "using his skin color as a shield" after he finally got tired of Gohmert's badgering over their Fast & Furious witch hunt.
