Donald Trump, who is no fan of President Bush, gives his unvarnished opinions on Fox & Friends this morning, which got hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade a little worked up. While it's clear he's not considered a hostile guest, the hosts do their best to push back against his criticisms. Kilmeade makes sure that Trump isn't Pro-Saddam and Doocy proclaims the United Nations hates America!, but The Donald doesn't miss a beat.

Kilmeade has got to be one of the dumbest people on television. A second-rate sports anchor/reporter who is without explanation co-hosting a morning news program. I loved how he threw out the "What about Saddam Hussein" question when Trump railed on our involvement in Iraq. I didn't realize the shelf-life of that talking point was still good, but I guess when you have nothing else to use as a defense...
And of course his 'guarantee' that bin laden is not in Saudi Arabia... Well, there's a good chance he's not, but since we let him get away in Tora Bora he could be just about anywhere, now couldn't he? I think there is something very evident in this snippet-broadcast. Notice how FOX had to deal with Trump differently than most other 'guests'? In his speech at Columbia yesterday, he said "Granted it happened. What do the Palestinians have to do with it?" when referring to the Holocaust. I can find where he calls it a "myth," but then says that if Europeans committed the crime, why isn't Israel in Europe? I can't find anywhere where he says the Holocaust didn't happen, and I'm wondering if it's just a mistranslation of the word "myth." I could easily be wrong, and I don't want to defend a Holocaust denier, or even this theocrat even if he isn't guilty of its denial, but I just hear this thrown around so much I want to find a definitive source on it.

Trump missed a golden opportunity... What would have been beautiful is when faux made the "pro Sadaam" remark Trump could've launched into a diatribe like this: "What?! Pro-Sadaam?! OF COURSE I'M PRO SADAAM!! How could I not be? How could I ever be against a complete dictator who ruled with an iron fist? How could I be against Sadaam when he committed and even promoted torture, rape and murder of innocent civilians and gassing thousands of his own people?
