Bill Maher discusses his theory on whether some politicians may have waited too long before throwing their hat into the ring to run for president during his New Rules segment.

Bill Maher floated his latest theory about what might have gone wrong with all of the presidential candidates that "waited their turn" and waited too long to throw their hat into the ring during his New Rules segment this Friday evening.

I don't necessarily agree with his theory, but I think he's right about Christie's chances and with the statement he made at the end of the segment.

MAHER: Politicians are like suede jackets. There are cheap ones and expensive ones but once they get rain on them, they all look like shit.
