In a real twist last night, Judge Napolitano completely exonerated Hillary Clinton from all the bogus attacks Donald Trump and his surrogates leveled at the 2nd debate.
October 12, 2016

In an effort to hide from the furor caused by his sex tape, Donald Trump trotted out three former Bill Clinton accusers hours before the second presidential debate, and then used those past cases to smear Hillary during the debate itself.

And then Trump attacked Hillary Clinton herself, in her role as a defense attorney in a rape case.

It was a low point in the history of presidential politics.

On Tuesday night's The Kelly File, Megyn and Judge Andrew Napolitano (not a Clinton fan) went over the facts of the cases and found that they were all without merit or proof.

A Fox News contributor said Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong at all.

Trump has vowed to keep talking about these cases if more past tapes of his are leaked, but it's a petty and vindictive move from a man whose whole campaign is based on vindictiveness. And this tactic is backfiring on him as I write this.

All of Trump's surrogates have been wielding these past incidents like a hammer, making wild and unfounded accusations to fill time slots and distract viewers, and amidst the screaming the actual charges are rarely fact-checked by cable TV hosts.

On Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones

Judge Napolitano said, "The three that are accusing him [Bill] are cases that were never proved or alleged many, many years after the series of events."

He continued, "The only case Bill Clinton paid out any money was after the case was dismissed because they feared it would be reinstated, he was the sitting president."

Kelly said, "Paula Jones settlement sounds like a nuisance value settlement, he pad 850K, the vast majority was legal fees, only 200K went to her."

She continued, "That's what you do to get rid of these matters when you're President."

Judge Napolitano said, "We all know they all had a serious problem with proof, which is why none of them ever were laid out in front of judge and jury."

Hillary Attacking those women

The next phase were the attacks made by Rudy Giuliani and others that alleged Hillary tried to destroy these women.

Kelly said, "Where I get held up as a lawyer people want to condemn Hillary with not believing them and with tying to silence them and get them out of the public picture, but there was no proof when she was going after them."

Judge Napolitano replied, "I don't think Hillary is at fault in this case. In any of these cases."

Kelly was surprised and laughed, "I will fall out of my chair because the judge is defending Hillary Clinton."

He continued, "We're talking about a wife standing by her husband when claims are made against he husband as to which the proof is, as you say, is lacking. Claims that were late, claims that lacked credibility..claims that were later retracted and then reinstated. What woman wouldn't stand by her husband in that circumstance?"

Kathy Shelton and Hillary Clinton

The Trump campaign have been trying to turn defense lawyers into criminals. Check out Politifact's examination of the case for clarity.

Judge Andrew said, "The files that Trace looked at and I looked at - showed Hillary Clinton doing a professional job to defend him. She wasn't a serious seasoned criminal defense lawyer, but she did what she had to do, what the law permits."

Judge Napolitano completely exonerated Hillary Clinton from every single "trumped" up charge the Trump campaign has been throwing at her since they went "Full Bannon."

Megyn Kelly once again said, "Well, that's a first ..."

Napolitano has been as zealous as every other Fox News and Trump surrogate has been over attacking the Clintons at every turn, so yeah, that was a first.

Politifact also went through Trump's entire despicable debate spectacle and rated his claims "Mostly False."
