Afghan Poll Ends Peacefully; Opposition Claims Fraud (Reuters). Reuters - Afghanistan's historic presidential election closed on Saturday without any of the feared large-scale violence, but the vote was thrown into turmoil when most candidates said a flawed process made the poll invalid.
