I tried to watch today, but my mind isn't too focused right now. Downie kept throwing up the wall of silence when ever Wolf asked him a question.

I knew Bob would hide behind his confidentiality reasoning which is fine, but why was Bob on TV making believe that this was a nothing case and he had nothing to do with it? He should have just said he wasn't available to do any interviews when he was called. Isn't he working on assorted projects and books?

As Atrios says: "So, it's not just source identities that are now confidential but the information that they tell you? The Washington Post pays Woodward to discuss things with people he can't tell his readers?...read on"
