sc-bush-over.jpgOK, OK. Stupid question.

But I think it raises an important issue: What does this poll (among all the other ones that slam Bush) mean for the future of American politics and public opinion? Since the Bush administration has rendered polling all but meaningless, what does it mean when the next President (hopefully a Democrat) takes over and is faced with negative numbers? Will he/she be able to shrug off the opinions of the American people as casually as Bush does? Policy shouldn't necessarily be guided by polls, but reality always should.
