I read one of the books by Charlaine Harris that was used as a basis for HBO's new series called "True Blood" and it was pretty fun. We'll see how the series works out.

One of my favorite Vampire flicks that I rarely ever hear mentioned is "Near Dark." Check it out if you've never seen it. Open thread below....
