I mean, by the end of the song, people, Otis included, are going nuts. It's no small feat to get a crowd going like that, but fortunately, Otis was very talented in that way. It also helps that he had an awesome group like Booker T. and the M.G.'s backing him up, as not a lot of session groups were that small in those days. However, they were studio artists in their own right and had a lot of successful releases in their day. Heck, they are even still playing live shows to this day and drawing good crowds, which is pretty impressive after all these years.
