This Week with George Stephanopoulos marks the death of one service member in Afghanistan:

US Army CWO Edward Balli, 42, Monterey, CA

According to iCasualties, the total number of allied service members killed in Afghanistan is now 3,417.

In addition, the following notable names lost their lives this week:
